Discover the Colchagua Valley and be charmed by its Wine Route,
widely recognized as Chile's first and primary wine tourism
destination, where tradition and modernity join in the production
of premium red wines.
We transfer to Apalta to visit the vineyards and cellars
of Viña Montes, internationally known for its icon
wine Montes Alpha M. Folly and Purple Angel. We will visit
its Feng Shui- inspired cellar and taste its wines at the
spectacular overlook.
We will then enjoy the refined cuisine of the “Restaurant
La Llavería” at the Viña Viu Manent (at
guest´s expense). Its kitchen offers a selection of
dishes that combine tradition, innovation, and excellence.
In the afternoon we will visit Viña Neyen, that dates
back to the late 19 th century. Tourists will be welcomed
by the winery host, and then, they will be guided through
old vines, which give rise to the ultra - premium wine Neyen
and then visit the integrating vinification winery and the
cellar, where we will taste Neyen Espíritu de Apalta.
