Altaïr evokes the cosmos; it is the brightest star in the
Aquila constellation, which forms a triangle of energy and balance
with stars Deneb and Vega. This motivated the company to develop
a triangle-shaped wine tour called Terroir & Cosmos, in
which each star represents a station in the winery.
The tourists are received in a modern barbecue area and then
begin on horseback to the mountain overlook (Deneb), where
they will taste the ultra-premium wine Sideral. They then
go down to the vineyard station (Altaïr), where they
are presented with the aptitudes of the soil and viticultural
management techniques used throughout the year. The tour continues
in the gravitational winery (Vega) with a tasting of the icon
wine Altaïr before ending with a sophisticated lunch
(care of the passengers) in the modern barbecue area equipped
with a privileged view of the terroir of Alto Cachapoal.
This tour is an invitation to discover the synergy between
the cosmos and the Earth in the production of icon wines.
