Want to actively experience the 2007 harvest? From March 15 through May 15, you will have the opportunity to participate in the harvest at one of the most prestigious wineries in the Casablanca, Maipo, Cachapoal, or Colchagua valleys. The experience begins early in the morning with a technical explanation. The guests then receive their equipment and begin picking. The grapes will then be transported to the crush deck where they will participate in cluster and berry selection. They will then visit the winemaking facility, taste the musts, and conclude with a gourmet lunch, where they will receive their diplomas for participating in the vintage.
