Viña Indómita’s ultra premium wine Zardoz was named after a famous horse owned by the winery. To pay tribute to that wine and its namesake, we have designed an exclusive trail ride for visitors to the winery.

Tourists will gather at Viña Indómita’s pond, where they will be welcomed with a technical talk before saddling up for a trail ride through our vineyards and up into the surrounding hills, where they will enjoy panoramic views of the Casablanca Valley. Tasting begins in our modern outdoor patio area, where one of the winery’s premium wines will be served accompanied by dried fruit and nuts. Then we will enjoy the refined cuisine of the Restaurant of Viña Indómita (at guest´s expense).

The excursion continues with a walking tour of the tanks and barrels, culminating in a tasting of Viña Indómita’s renowned Zardoz.

Take part in creating the best wines of Chile in the Harvest Experience.

It is impossible to lose an amusing activity like this, not only for the wine lovers but also for all who enjoy the wine.

During the harvest season (March 15th until April 30th) we offer this spectacular program that begins with the welcome in the winery where you’ll receive all the necessary information for harvesting in the carriage or farm trailer.

Once in the vineyards with our aprons, scissors and basket, the instructions will be provided to begin the activity and harvest selectively premium quality grapes. Later on the reception area, each vintager will hand its harvest to follow the journey of the wine during the rest of the year.

At the end, we will taste our wines along with a typical Chilean empanada at the winery`s gardens.

Then we will enjoy a gourmet lunch (at guest´s expense) in the Tanino Restaurant, known because of its excellent food, good service and a welcoming atmosphere surrounded by beautiful gardens and vineyards. The chef Álvaro Larraguibel will surprise you with his well-known author cuisine, where he uses only the best ingredients of our land making exquisite preparations.
